HELP US HELP OUR NEIGHBORS IN TEXAS
In times of crises and adversity, Restoration World Outreach Ministries Inc (RWOMI) is on a Mission to meet the needs of many near and far through RWOMI Humanitarian Outreach.
RWOMI is a 501(C)3-accredited, faith-based NGO and RWOMI Humanitarian Outreach is the direct operational arm of RWOMI and we engage in Outreach activities within the USA, Colombia, India, Kenya and the Caribbean.
RWOMI is making every effort to fulfill the “Matthew 25 Mandate” (according to Matthew 25: 31 – 46) to clothe the naked, feed the hungry and reach all those our Savior commanded, especially in a time of great need – such as this.
As you may be aware, the state of Texas has been hit very hard by a very serious Hurricane – Hurricane Harvey – and has left many vulnerable and suffering great losses. You and know that when people are in desperate need, it doesn’t matter to them where help comes from. We have an opportunity to reach out and be a light in their dark times.
So we are reaching out to YOU – to help us to help our neighbors in Texas. The children and the elderly are the ones who are usually hardest hit and most vulnerable in situations such as this and so we encourage you to make your donation today so that together we can make a difference to them.
There are several ways for you to donate. You can make your donations online by clicking the donation button at www.rwominc.com or www.rwominetwork.com. You can also give through our GOFUNDME account by going to www.gofundme.com Search name RWOMI Relief and click on the icon that says Disaster Relief. You can make a big difference for others, and every penny counts. Remember, $1 + $1 = CHANGE!
If you are in the Miami area or communities surrounding and you have non-monetary donations such as clothing, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shoes of all sizes adults and children, new unopened packs of underwear of all sizes, no-wash shampoo, adult diapers, baby diapers of all sizes, wipes for babies, antibacterial wipes, Large Ziploc bags, rags, towels, sheets as well as water and non-perishable food items.
We need your support of cash or kind so that we can help as many as we can. Many of you listening may know what it’s like to suffer loss. RWOMI is driven in service by Matthew 25: 35 - 36 which says,
"... for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a
stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; in prison and you came to Me.
Assuredly, I say to you, in asmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me."
We believe that we must extend our hands to help those who need it! We believe that by
doing so, not only are we bringing change to their lives, but we become mutual beneficiaries
of Eternal blessings!
Mission Trips
We have several Mission Trips each year to carry out Humanitarian work among those in
need. We offer persons and groups an opportunity to receive comprehensive help - the
physical, mental, spiritual and emotional help. This opportunity brings a unique experience
to each individual while the ultimate goal is achieved for all - personal and societal
restoration and the opportunity to fulfill your purpose in every area of life!
RWOMI FEEDING THE HOMELESS
We are our brother's keeper, and more than ever, many are losing their homes, some have
absolutely nothing to eat and their families are unable to help!
RWOMI Representatives go to Miami, FL every weekend to feed and clothe those who are
homeless or without basic provision. We issue balanced, cooked meals and clothing to those
in need of it. We also offer words of encouragement to help uplift broken spirits.
