Locally and globally, political advisors are under the microscope regarding national decisions on economies, climate change, immigration and security. The current pandemic has been their test and they are failing miserably. Many of the decisions they have made – and continue to make – may throw us into acceleration toward global recession.
It is critical for us to recognize that advisors can make or break a nation or organization. Being an expert in a particular area is not the only criterion used to qualify a person to be an advisor. An advisor cannot depend solely on historical data or events to make a decision; they must understand Times and Seasons. Each season comes with different challenges and therefore needs tailored solutions. That may require thinking outside the box. If an advisor does not understand the kind of wind blowing, then we will see many administrations driven to ruin and losses soar.
Spiritual Awakening
If an advisor is not Spiritually awakened, how will they discern the “wind”? How will they know what will take place? How can they make good forecasts and be able to see what will take place in the market, beyond the historical trend?
There are four (4) main winds that blow within a nation. Right now, both the North and East winds are blowing and it would be in their best interest, and that of the nations they serve, to understand what that means. However, they cannot get that without a Spiritual awakening.
I was so disappointed, as I am sure many others are, that Boys and Girls Championships were cancelled. What is even more disappointing is that they were cancelled out of fear. Fear always changes our focus and prevents us form making important changes. There will always be challenges and threats, and this is why when it comes advisors must FIRST seek God for insight and foresight.
There are certain losses that will never be recovered. We have seen some bad advice being given and as a result we are experience a re-emergence of Biblical plagues, curses and viruses. We are seeing politicians, like Michael “Mike” Bloomberg, throwing millions away while the poor suffer in need of low-income housing, better health services and scholarships.
While locusts ravish Pakistan and parts of Africa, they decide to send a “duck army” to fight the battle. The ducks themselves my have to “duck” and run for cover!
So, advisors and leaders need to learn from King David. 2 Samuel 24 tells us that disaster came upon Israel because King David was trusting in military strength, rather then in God, when He called the census.
Many of the advisors and kings are trusting in technology and all things digital to establish them. Some cut the welfare of the poor without realizing that the same poor will “speak” at the polls.
Advisors And Kings
It is critical for every king – world leader – to seek God Himself/Herself and to scrutinize and discern every piece of advice they get which is of national relevance. They must be careful as to what they put their signature, as that can come back to haunt them and implicate in many things. They may win the battle now, but lose the war later.
Advice
In order to avoid local and global recession, we must reduce:
GCT further to 12.5%,
Sales Tax,
Monthly mortgage payments, and
Lower Oil prices (driving down costs),
Furthermore, I would advise that we:
Increase assistance for renters during job loss situations,
Suspend all taxes levied against the poor
Remove all taxes from medical and farming supplies
Shift all the resources from Climate Change to Farming
Reduce hotel costs so that locals enjoy the benefits of their nation, while avoiding fallouts in Tourism.
Have all children travel free of cost
Employ tighter scrutiny on all courier services that are affected by the coronavirus.
Assist tertiary institutions, homes (children and elderly) with masks and immunity boosters.
All this, so that every home will be protected.
Furthermore, all millionaires should make major donations to assist hospitals and the poor with masks, medical supplies and other necessary equipment.
Finally, the Government should coordinate with churches – not to close them, but to keep them open for prayer against this virus and all the other plagues.
