The 18th of September (Friday night) as I was about to retire, the Spirit of the Lord said to me " read Joshua 6, but I will tell you when". I awoke Saturday morning with no desire to eat or speak. The Spirit of the Lord told me to lie still and do not speak, at the same time He told me to intercede within for all those He will show me, as well as myself. I was puzzled by this instruction, therefore I started to meditate on the logos (written word of God) to connect it to therhema, I recalled that the Lord made the Prophet Ezekiel dumb, by not giving him permission to speak, except by divine permission. This would be a sign to Israel that when Ezekiel did speak his words were certainly from God(Ezekiel 3 : 22-27).
I realized that the Lord allowed me to fall in a deep sleep every two (2) hours, hence while sleeping I could hear myself praying. As a matter of fact this happened for several hours. At 2:30pm exactly, He said that I should get up, do no work, put on your prayer shawl and read Joshua chapter 6. I obeyed the instruction. The prophetic instruction was confirmed in verse 10 And Joshua had commanded the people, saying, Ye shall not shout, nor make any noise with your voice, neither shall any word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I bid you shout; then shall ye shout. Then the Lord said to me " Tell my people that whatever their Jericho wall represents, it is coming down! The stronghold is going to be broken by Jehovah-Saboath, the Lord of Host ", The commander of the angelic host and the armies of God.
God desires spiritual obedience, whatever instructions are given at this time, once obeyed, the people of God will encounter a mighty spiritual experience of breakthrough, because EL Shaddai, The Almighty God (Genesis 17 : 1) the overpowering God will supernaturally provide for His people .In Joshua 6 : 24 says And they burnt the city with fire, and all that was therein: only the silver, and the gold, and the vessels of brass and iron, they put into the treasury of the Lord. Haggai 2 : 8 declares - The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts, Deuteronomy 8 : 18tells us also that it is God that gives power to get wealth. Indeed the Lord wants to give His people wealth, but most importantly His glory, thus He is bidding us to come up higher by presenting our bodies ( temple) as a living sacrifice and to be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our mind, so that we are able to prove what is good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God so that we be not deceived, but prosper. God wants us as His people to be in preparation for His return, Revelation 16 : 15 Behold I come as a thief, blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his gaaments, lest he walk naked, and they see shame. The King of Glory (Psalm 24) is calling to His bride to be spiritually obedient. For sixth (6) days the Lord wants His people to present their petition/ request, supplication with thanksgiving (Philippians 4 : 6 Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God) once (1). Do not shout, let not a word proceed out of your mouth (Joshua 6 : 10) until on the seventh (7) day, present all the things seven (7) times and all people should gather and worship amd make a war cry and the spiritual walls will come down.
The Strongs’ Concordance defines " Stronghold" as a fortified city; a fortification; castle; fortress; fortified place; fort; rock; wall up; restrain. There are two (2) types of strongholds:
1. The Lord as our "stronghold" over satan Psalm 9 : 9 The Lord will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble, Psalm 27 :1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid. Psalms 62: 2 He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defense; I shall not be greatly move. God is the one that protects/ guards the lives of those that trust in Him.
2. The strongholds of Satan and demons, 2 Corinthians 10: 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal ( flesh, human standards), but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, vs. 5- Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exaltheth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. Ephesians 6: 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 2 Samuel 22: 3
We must understand that Satan uses demons (evil spirits) as a stronghold against the church/ children of God for them to sin, for this purpose the son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8).These demons of fear, unbelief, pride, divination, witchcraft, religion, lust, sexual immorality, unforgiveness, jealousy, slumber etc are placed around the church as a strong city, fortress and rock to destroy God's children. For that reason the children of God must put on the armour of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. For our God is the King of glory, the Lord who is strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle (Psalm 24: 8). Every demonic stronghold is coming down!
The Holy Spirit is showing me application forms that the enemy (Satan, demons) is influencing man's decision to deny them, but in the name of Jesus Christ I call them approved.
That spiritual wall of fear that seem unbreakable, by the power of God fall down now and be replace with boldness in Jesus' name.
Spiritual wall of fornication, by the power of God fall down now, and be replace with holiness in Jesus' name.
Spiritual wall of adultery, by the power of God fall down now, and be replace with faithfulness in Jesus name.
Spiritual wall of idolatry, by the power of God fall down now, and be replace with reverential fear of God in Jesus' name.
Spiritual wall of poverty, by the power of God fall down now, and be replace with wealth in Jesus' name.
Name your spiritual wall, and by the power of God it will come down. 1 John 1:7 declares the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin.
The Holy Spirit is unctioning me to remind spiritual leaders that in order for them to be victorious in carrying out deliverance, their obedience must be fulfilled in the areas (2 Corinthians 10: 6 ).
